Sales Manager * Southwest Germany

For the international expansion of our business we are looking for an ambitious sales manager who focuses on business opportunities in Southwest Germany. You can use our offices in Munich and Kassel or work remote and mobile. 

Your contribution to the big picture


  • You identify potential new customers in the target group of chain stores, multisite large key accounts, energy & utilities industry based on a comprehensive network of contacts
  • You are responsible for generating new business for our innovative services and software solutions
  • You manage sales workshops at the customer and lead sales negotiations from lead qualification and offer preparation to the close of contracts for energy services and white label software
  • You develop solution concepts and application possibilities from coneva products and services in close cooperation with the customer and within the team
  • You are responsible for the technical and commercial customer consulting and the management of sales projects
  • You identify new customer requirements and assign them to existing or new functions and processes


Your skills are needed


  • You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, energy or business administration and have many years of relevant professional experience in the context of B2B service and software sales with a focus on the energy industry
  • You have experiences in selling B2B software solutions / energy services and know how to support customers in developing these solutions
  • You work independently and goal-oriented with a very good self-organization
  • You are communicative and assertive
  • You have a willingness to travel, have very good presentation skills and speak English (local languages are a plus)
  • You have consultative selling experiences as well as the ability to listen to the customer needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations
  • You have great negotiating skills
  • You have the competence to understand complex interrelationships and to simplify them using value added arguments
